Moving dates!

As many of you already heard the rumor... that I am moving!
Yes, me and my family will move to Maryland this weekend. What a move!!!!!!

I have been wrapping up all the sessions and orders here in Boston and getting ready to start working in a new area.
I have not decided where my office will be, but as soon as it is set, I will update you!

Wow.. I never knew that I had so much stuff to throw away! I have so much pictures on the wall both office and home. and most of all, I have too~~~~~~ much memory in my mind. Of course I will never let go this one!

I still remember when I first came to Boston six years ago. Luke, my hubby, and I were just married and had not much stuff to carry. Just two of us... then we had Ethan and then we had Eric.. and then we had Yellowhale. It has been so great and I can not thank all of those nice friends /clients around Boston area.

For those who are waiting their prints orders, there will be no delay in getting them delivered. For those who are waiting their DVD orders, there will be a couple of weeks delay.

I will have a limited access to my e mail while I am traveling to my new home between 2/8 ~ 2/13. If you have any urgent matter, please feel free to leave a message at my work number. I will be able to retreive messages constantly. This number will be kept even if I am there!

So please don't worry! I am not disappearing!

Our Family

Hey... I wish I had this kind of album of our family!!! I think it came out so nice that I will order one copy for a sample. This beautiful family had a beautiful session with their beloved cat Smokie last summer. No word can describe how much love the family had in their daily lives. And I tried to capture it as is~ and I think this album is such a success!
The story is provided from the couple which added so much more personal touch to the book.

I just love it so much.

Ah ah... Eh eh.... Ee ee...

This cute little guy is from a session in December. I had no chance to post any of his images during the holidays, exhibition... and moving.

I had to tell myself to stop and breathe~ hu~~~~~

During the whole session, this not even 4 month old baby repeated his mom saying "Ah ah, Eh eh, Ee ee...." and smiled. It was so amazing that there could be such a strong bond between a mother and a child. They were just so beautiful.

When I was working on these images, I kept saying "Ah ah, Eh eh, Ee ee...." like singing a luluby. I just loved it!

Winter sisters

Yes, I know..
I have been really out! I have been so busy with holiday orders, on top of that I am preparing my exhibition starting 20th. Guess what! I am so good that I am faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from getting ready for it.
I will talk more about it later.

Please take a look at these too cute two girls. I am having a really hard time choosing which one to go to the gallery. All are so beautiful!

Another 1 yo cuty pie...
She was a natural born model. She covers from a very serious look to tear bursting laugh. I will post more later, but I've got to share "L" with everyone. She is so cute!!!

YELLOWHALE, the music

Finally!!!!!
The yellowhale CD came alive. It is the jazz pianist Yoonchan Kwak's 4th album.
This story can be found in my previous blog "Jazz Pianist"

To make a long story short, he fell in love with my work when he found out about "yellowhale photography" and asked if he could name his title song as "yellowhale". I said "sure!!!!" with excitement. He is so talented and so inspirational, we had a great time working together back in September.

What you see here is the cover of the album (will post inside with the pictures I took when I get a chance.) What you are listening now is its title song "yellowhale". It is so gentle yet bold - just like my yellowhale. I just love it!!!! Enjoy~~~~~~ later... k

Sneak peek...
The pictures came out just like them. fun fun fun!!! I could not stop laughing with them just because the kids were like these. It still cracks me up just thinking about little 2yo "m". Look he is whistling, trying not to pose for me. I loved to capture his uniquely pleasant personality in their pictures. Will post more as I finish editing!
